Fortified Web reserves the right to refuse any removal request deemed illegitimate or lacking sufficient evidence. The decision to reject a request is at the discretion of Fortified Web.

4. Timely Resolution and Refund

We are committed to resolving issues promptly. If we are unable to remove the requested content within 60 days, a full refund will be issued. After 60 days, clients will be informed of the progress and given the option to continue the process or accept a refund.

5. Client Communication

Fortified Web will maintain open communication with clients throughout the process, providing updates on the status of their request and any developments that may arise.

6. Extended Resolution Period

If the resolution period is expected to exceed 60 days, Fortified Web will contact the client, explain the situation, and offer an estimated timeframe for resolution. Clients can choose to accept the refund or allow Fortified Web to continue the process until an agreed-upon date. If the client agrees to extend the resolution period, confirmation must be provided through email. This confirmation will automatically add 30 days to the resolution period, resulting in a total resolution period of 90 days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients retain ownership of their intellectual property. Fortified Web is authorized to act on behalf of the client to remove infringing content.

8. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws, providing accurate information, and maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

Your sensitive information will be handled with utmost confidentiality, and Fortified Web will not disclose any details to unauthorized third parties.

Your cooperation is essential in providing prompt and necessary information or documentation for the content removal process.

  • 9.1.6 Termination of Authorization:

You reserve the right to terminate this authorization at any time by providing written notice to Fortified Web.

10. Takedown/Removal Definition

A takedown is a removal of requested content. While users may desire to shut down a website, this is not always an option. Therefore, the removal of a page containing the content or removal of content without the suspension of a domain counts as a takedown. Fortified Web reserves the right to refuse an illegitimate request (see Request Approval section) or contact the user by mail to explain the possibilities for complex cases.
